First, look at the apartment building photographs. CLICK ANY PHOTO TO ENLARGE. Cartagena has a national reputation of architectural excellence. Most buildings feature 1,2, or 3, bedrooms w/baths, or an extra live-in maids room. Many buildings have top floor penthouse(s), larger layouts, dramatic skylines and sunset vistas.

Second, send an E-mail. Include the NUMBER and NAME of the buildings which interest you. Tell me how many bedrooms, bathrooms, and “extras” you want. I will check out the most current information, and send you prices, photos, etc. about what you are interested in, within 48 hours.

The “first impression” is important

Most buyers are also interested in the exterior appearance the apartment building. Buyers may be “sold” on the apartment layout, features, interior photographs, and the cheap price, but when they actually visit the property, they are turned off because of the exterior of the building.
