Wanna visit Properties

WANNA VISIT PROPERTIES?

Please read below and define which level of buyer you are:

Level 1: Advanced:

You are ready to make a decision and you have the money readily available. We have had several previous interactions and we both know what you want. Requirement: I only ask that you show me proof of funds before visiting the properties.

Level 2: Intermediate:

You know Cartagena well and have a moderate idea of where and what type of property you want, but you still don't have the money to buy. I show you up to five properties within reasonably similar parameters. Cost: between $300 and $500 USD depending on time (maximum three hours) and distance traveled. The cost is defined before scheduling the visits.

Level 3: Exploratory:

You don't know Cartagena, but you are curious to look at properties to get an idea of the market. I will give you a tour of the areas where I farm real estate and I will tell you the attractions of each place. I show you up to five properties you want. Cost: between $500 and $800 USD depending on the time (maximum three hours) and distance traveled. The cost is defined before scheduling the visits.

Level X: Tyrekicker:

You don't want to buy anything; you just want me to drive you around town and look at any property. I'll give you a three-hour tour of the areas where I farm real estate and I'll tell you about the attractions of each place. I show you up to five properties you want. Cost: $1000 dollars.

For levels 2 and 3 I will make a 100% refund of the amount paid if we do business within 24 months after the visit.
