This first phase runs from La Boquilla, where Playa Azul is located, to the Historic Center, where the MIRADOR DEL SOL (Sun Lookout) stands out, being built in Crespo near the Corales de Indias Hotel.
“The Gran Malecón del Mar is a mega-project that will transform Cartagena’s tourism landscape. It will include pedestrian zones, bike paths, commercial areas, recreational areas, sports facilities, leisure areas, and service zones,” stated Mayor Dumek Turbay Paz.
