HELP
ME, SO I CAN DO A BETTER JOB IN HELPING YOU
Please Email me BEFORE you come to Cartagena
Give
me some specifics to work with, so I can be ready BEFORE your visit
to Cartagena! Tell me up front what are you looking for. What, where,
and what's your budget? Tell me the date you are arriving, when
you plan to leave, and where are you staying. If you like, send
me an Email for a good selection on hotels, including prices or
photos. If you have specific hotel or apartment requirements, I
can help. If your plans call for a quick one day visit I can even
pick you up, show you properties, and return you to the airport.
I want to serve you better. You can help by sending a good description
of your investment plans and arrival schedule before you depart.
My "Gringo" business model has always been:
1. Efficient, personalized, ethical service.
2. To use my website to PRE-QUALIFY buyers, saving
them time by showing complete photographs, facts and prices.
3. To update the website on a DAILY, or even more
frequent basis.
4. To try to set an example, and if asked, to freely
assist other real estate professionals here in Cartagena.
And, thanks to people like you, the business model is a success!
"The word" about Cartagena is spreading fast. Independent
statistics show that this website is currently attracting 90-100+
new visitors a day. On many days I'll receive and respond to more
than a dozen Emails. The quick Email response I try to give may
cause some prospects to think: "he's just sitting around"
and waiting for us to "drop in". NOT SO, most of my day
is out with prospects! Please Email ahead of your visit to Cartagena,
and naturally, if your plans change, send me an E. Thanks.
NOTE:
Events during the
past three days prompted me to write this plea for your understanding.
I had lined up properties to show to three different sets of clients
during each of these three days. On the first day two prospects
dropped by the office wanting to see properties right then. Of course
I was out showing. The second day, fortunately, there was only one
couple who were disappointed that I was not waiting for them to
drop in. AND today really got to me....two men who did not know
each other arrived at the office, one in the morning and one during
lunch. I had been Emailing them with information for a few months.
They had been in town for almost a week, sightseeing, dating our
local lovelies and having a great time. In both cases, it was their
last day, they apologized, but said they were anxious "to buy
something". WOW, I don't work this way-sorry.
p.s.
Each of them volunteered to Rosa, our webmaster/secretary,
that they had already made plans to return to Cartagena. Both promised
her that they would Email or phone ahead. I hope so! Poor Rosa-Hispanic
culture teaches you to be helpful and not disappoint people.
