E-MAIL IS OUR PREFERRED METHOD OF COMMUNICATION

Paul checks and responds to his E-mail at least three times a day, with the exception of Sundays. E-mail provides fast written records of communications between Paul and clients. We save all E-mails. No E-mail, or E-mail addresses leave the office-they are secure.

Experience has shown that miss understandings happen most frequently when using voice, as opposed to the written word. We can use the Internet to phone internationally, at a very low (pennies) cost, so it is not a matter of money. It is all about accuracy and timeliness in doing the very best for each of our clients.

Business is great with lots of sales activity. More than ever, Paul remains committed to the principal of dealing personally, on a one-to-one basis with all clients. Using E-mail is a big help.

Paul's cell and showroom numbers are shown below. If there is an emergency of any kind, use his cell number. When in Cartagena use the cell number to arrange property showings or alert Paul about changes in your schedule.
