What can I say about Paul Juan? The accolades I can heap upon him seem trite compared to what I truly feel about Paul Juan. We first met Paul Juan in September 2004, having located him through the Internet. My wife, Adriana, and I were impressed with Paul’s diligence, attention to detail, knowledge and responsiveness to our emails. Paul met Adriana and I at our hotel, he was prompt, professional and exceptionally gracious with his time. He took us on a tour of the whole island. When we finally decided on a project he was there with us every step of the way through the negotiations, contracting and to this date through the completion of our vacation home. Paul helped us secure the property we wanted, at the price we were comfortable with. More importantly, a year later when the building added another floor during construction, through Paul’s perseverance and direction, we were able to stay on the floor we had wished.

Unlike US agents, and having bought and sold dozens of properties, and being in the business as a title attorney, I know agents; Paul’s primary focus was our needs, desires and happiness. Paul has become like a brother to me, he has given me so much of his time, watching over wire transfers, checking up on construction, and making sure I was comfortable even though I am half a world away. I look forward to spending many years with Paul and his lovely family.

I am not big on platitudes, but I would unconditionally recommend Paul Juan to anyone seeking a property in Cartagena. There is not a more knowledgeable, nicer or more professional person in Colombia. Paul is so well respected locally, that I am sure he will be mayor there during my lifetime.
